How Much is shipping?
We only charge a flat rate of $8 per order for shipping. You can also pick up in Irvine, California.

What can I use the baskets for?
We encourage you to use our baskets as decorative objects or for storing non-food items. Some examples are jewelry, coins, keys and other items on your dresser or desk. You can also use our baskets for dry foods like bread, crackers and nuts.

Can I use my basket for food?
Although our products are mainly designed for decorative and storage purposes, you can use them for serving dry foods like nuts, crackers and breads. Placing a napkin under the food to prevent oil stain is recommended.

Do you accept returns?
Customer satisfaction is at the core of our business. Our products are made to order and double checked for quality before shipping, therefore we can’t accept any returns or refunds unless the product is damaged during shipment. Please email us with any concern.

Do you always have the same colors available?
There is always a possibility for some of our colors to get discontinued or slightly changed depending on our suppliers’ inventory. We always try to keep offering the exact or very similar colors for repeat customers who like to match their previous purchases.

How fast can I get my order?
We usually make the orders ready for shipment in 3-5 business days. Occasional delays may occur depending on color availability.

Are the products identical in shape and size?
Since our products are hand made, no two products are going to look exactly the same. However, the difference won’t be noticeable.

Can I place a special order?
Yes! Please contact us with inquiries about sizes or colors that are not listed.

How can I clean my basket?
Please only use warm water with a mild detergent on a sponge or paper towel.

Do you ship outside the united states?
Unfortunately at this time we only ship in the continental United States.

We offer volume discount for any order of 10 items or more.
